Abstract
This report mainly describes the obtaining of bacterial nanocellulose by isolation, transformation and fermentation of high-yield engineering bacteria from natural resources, and that a complete set of bioengineering production process and production equipment suitable for bacterial nanocellulose have been created, from experimental research to successful industrialization. From technological innovation, patent application and industry standards establishment, from zero to one, from small to big, Zhong Chunyan has made outstanding contributions to the bacterial nanocellulose industry and the social development. On the premise of successful industrialization in the field of food and cosmetics, she continues with theoretical exploration and engineering innovation in emerging application fields such as medical materials, fabrics and supercapacitors, etc.
