Long Bai Northeast Forestry University Long Bai is a full professor in Northeast Forestry University (NEFU) started on March 2021. He obtained his PhD degree in biomass material and engineering from NEFU at 2016. After graduation, he joined Prof. Orlando Rojas’s group as a postdoctoral research fellow for three and a half years in Aalto University (Finland) and University of British Columbia (Canada). During his career, he has authored over 50 peer-reviewed papers. His recent project funding includes an Outstanding Young Scientist program of Heilongjiang province. His current research interests include the design and preparation of multiphase systems using nanopolysaccharides with a focus on the development of biobased, renewable materials with multifunctionalities.
